1. Chuyển nhượng cổ phần là gì?
Chuyển nhượng cổ phần là việc cổ đông góp vốn trong công ty cổ phần chuyển nhượng lại phần góp vốn, vốn góp của mình cho một cổ đông khác.
Quy định về chuyển nhượng cổ phần:
– Loại cổ phần được chuyển nhượng: Cổ phần phổ thông, cổ phần ưu đãi cổ tức, cổ phần ưu đãi hoàn lại;
